SEED Informational Webinars: The Effective Educator Development Division will provide  four pre-recorded informational webinars designed to provide technical assistance to interested applicants for grants under the SEED program. The titles of these informational webinars are listed below and the actual webinars will be posted within one week of the SEED NIA publish date: The SEED budget narrative template mention in webinar #4 is here. The EED Division has implemented a new budget form, The EED Applicant/Grantee Budget Worksheet.  This worksheet replaces the ED 524 for the SEED grant competition.  SEED grantees are required to use this worksheet in the FY 22 grant competition and the instructions are below. NOTE:  When you submit your application electronically, you must upload any narrative sections and all other attachments to your application as files in either Portable Document Format (PDF) or Microsoft Word.  Although applicants have the option of uploading any narrative sections and all other attachments to their application in either PDF or Microsoft Word, we recommend applicants submit all documents as read-only flattened PDFs, meaning any fillable PDF files must be saved and submitted as non-fillable PDF files and not as interactive or fillable PDF files, to better ensure applications are processed in a more timely, accurate, and efficient manner. In addition to the webinars above, be sure to view our series of discretionary grant competition videos. These videos are designed to be a companion to the Pre-Application webinars and other competition resources. They cover important topics across the discretionary grant competition timeline such as how to approach the planning process, application preparation and submission, logic model development, application review, and how awards are made and announced.
