Eligibility Who May Apply: A tribal education agency (TEA) that is from an eligible Indian tribe and is authorized by its tribe to administer this program, or a consortium of such TEAs, in partnership with a State educational agency (SEA) and local educational agency (LEA).

  Comprehensive Regional Assistance Centers – provide technical assistance services focused on the implementation of reform programs. Equity Assistance Centers – provide assistance in the areas of race, gender, and national origin equity to public schools to promote equal educational opportunities.
