The Sustainability Rubric is a tool to help SEAs assess the sustainability of a specific priority reform. The wide-ranging 20-element rubric is broad in scope while illustrative of what sustainability resembles at various levels (from inadequate to exemplary), with “look-fors” and elements to add clarity.
