Description: These five profiles of promising practices, framed by the Department’s non-regulatory guidance for strengthening education investments, highlight each profiled site’s processes, tools/artifacts, and relationships leveraged throughout an evidence-based decision-making cycle.The profiled sites include one State educational agency and three local educational agencies, including one public charter school district. Although the four sites represent different geographic and demographic contexts, together they share a focus on evidence-based decision making for school improvement.
