Resources for States

This resource collection highlights federally-funded resources that can assist states as they consider programs and policies to support schools and districts addressing a variety of learning at home needs brought on by the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic.

  • Continuity of Learning: Resources for SEAs. This collection features resource lists, websites, and webinars curated by National Comprehensive Center to support state education agencies (SEAs) in their work to protect equity and ensure continuity of learning for students.
  • Resources to support continuity of learning for K-12 schools. The Comprehensive Center Network compiled a collection of resources and tools that have been developed by government organizations, federal grantees, and public entities to help policymakers, educational leaders and teachers, and families and parents understand how to make the transition to distance learning as seamless as possible. This searchable collection of resources is organized by the needs they address and the audiences that may be best served by them.
  • Partner resource: Joint Webinar on COVID-19 and Students with Disabilities This resource includes a joint webinar with the Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO), the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), and the National Association of State Directors of Special Education (NASDSE) to support the continuity of learning for students with disabilities, including a review of U.S. Department of Education guidance on state responsibilities under IDEA.
