  • REMS TA Center Community of Practice. The Readiness and Emergency Management for Schools (REMS) TA Center Community of Practice (CoP) is a virtual space for education agencies to collaborate and learn from the experiences of others in the field as well as share resources, tools, questions, and information specific to COVID-19.   • Resources to support continuity of learning for K-12 schools. The Comprehensive Center Network compiled a collection of resources and tools that have been developed by government organizations, federal grantees, and public entities to help policymakers, educational leaders and teachers, and families and parents understand how to make the transition to distance learning as seamless as possible.   • Ensuring Continuity of Feeding and Food Distribution During the COVID-19 Pandemic. This webinar, hosted by the Office of Safe and Supportive Schools (OSSS) and the REMS TA Center, focused on the topic of ensuring continuity of feeding and food distribution during the COVID-19 pandemic. During the webinar, the OSSS and REMS TA Center team shared information on feeding and food distribution as a key element of continuity of operations planning and highlighted common challenges education agencies are facing as they try to ensure continuity of operations amidst COVID-19. State partners participated in a panel discussion during which they showcased models used on the state level to ensure that this essential community service continues.   • National Trends in Formative Assessment Support. This report by the Region 12 Comprehensive Center for state educators present common themes in formative assessment support, a series of supports by content and grade area as well as by modality of professional learning, and illustrative examples. The approaches, tools, and resources identified can guide states focused on enhancing formative assessment supports to measure and improve student learning.
