Who May Apply: (by category) Institutions of Higher Education (IHEs), Local Education Agencies (LEAs), Nonprofit Organizations may apply.
Who May Apply: (specifically) High-need LEAs, consortia of high-need LEAs, or partnerships that consist of at least one high-need LEA and at least one nonprofit organization (which may be a community- or faith-based organization) or institution of higher education (IHEs) may apply.
