  • 11006. AMERICAN INDIAN, NATIVE HAWAIIAN, AND ALASKA NATIVE EDUCATION.  In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the Department of Education for fiscal year 2021, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $190,000,000, to remain available until expended, for awards, which shall be determined by the Secretary of Education not more than 180 calendar days after the date of enactment of this Act, of which—  (1) $20,000,000 shall be for awards for Tribal education agencies for activities authorized under section 6121(c) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 7441(c));
