FY 2023 Education Innovation and Research (EIR) Competition Announcement

We anticipate reopening the FY 23 Education Innovation and Research competition for eligible applicants in affected areas in New York, Vermont, and Oklahoma due to a major disaster declaration caused by New York Severe Storms and Flooding (DR-4723-NY); Vermont Severe Storms, Flooding, Landslides, and Mudslides (DR-4720-VT); and Oklahoma Severe Storms, Straight-line Winds, and Tornadoes. For eligible entities in this Federally-declared disaster area, we anticipate the revised Deadline for Transmittal of Applications will be August 16, 2023.
