FY 2021 Promise Neighborhoods (PN) Competition

The FY 2021 PN Competition for new awards is now open. The deadline for applying to this grant opportunity is April 19, 2021 (11:59:00pm (EST)).  Applicants are not required to submit an intent to apply to be considered for this funding opportunity.

FY 2021 Notice Inviting Applications

The Notice Inviting Applications (NIA) was published in the Federal Register on January 19, 2021. The Department published a corrections NIA in the Federal Register on March 4, 2021.

FY 2021 PN Competition Timeline

  • Notice Inviting Applications Available: January 19, 2021
  • Intent to Apply: February 3, 2021 (strongly encouraged) (closed)
  • Deadline for Transmittal of Applications: April 19, 2021 (new)

FY 2021 PN Application Instructions

  • The PN Application Package is for applicants to download and use as a guide only. Applicants should use the versions of forms that are in grants.gov.
  • Application Package Instructions can also be found on Grants.gov. Unless the applicant qualifies for an exception to the electronic submission requirement, all PN grant applications must be submitted electronically via Grants.gov.
