2017 Promise Neighborhoods Application Package

A word version of the 2017 Promise Neighborhoods Application Package is attached. However, with the exception of the “Applicant Eligibility Checklist”, applicants should use the standard forms templates on the grants.gov website location for this funding opportunity. It might also work better for applicants to use the “Applicant Eligibility Checklist” form that is within the Application Package Instructions on the grants.gov website location for this funding opportunity rather than the one included here. Please don’t forget to fill out and, through grants.gov, submit the attached Promise Neighborhoods Abstract form.

Note about the 2017 Promise Neighborhoods Abstract Form

On August 8, 2017 we became aware that the PDF posted as the 2017 Abstract form contained outdated information. This error was corrected during that day and the correct 2017 Abstract form has been up since then. Please be sure to use this form when submitting your application through Grants.gov. Thank you.

Note on how to submit the 2017 Promise Neighborhoods Abstract Form as you prepare to submit your application in grants.gov
