The United States Department of Education has selected Colonial Beach High School to visit as part of the School Improvement reviews due to the excellent progress it has made. The Assistant Secretary of Education, Dr. Thelma Melendez, and her team visited the school on Friday, April 15, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Colonial Beach High School.
